JCR Open Meeting

Dear Downing,

We would like to let you know that we will be holding the termly JCR Open Meeting on 2nd May at 7pm - 8.30pm at the JCR (downstairs of Butterfield Cafe). It's a opportunity for you to hear about the work of each of our officers over the past term and to give us feedback and make suggestions both informally and formally.

We are inviting the submission of motions - a more formal way to direct us to work on a specific issue - to be debated and voted on at the Open Meeting if so desired. A template is attached and all motions should be proposed and seconded by members of the JCR. Completed motions should be submitted by email to Andrew at [email protected] no less than 4 days before the meeting.

Andrew will be preparing and sending around an agenda for the meeting after the deadline for the submission of motions. We hope to see many of you there!
